The Site presents the services and real estate properties offered for sale or rent by Midilli Properties and allows visitors to send information requests. No contracts are concluded online through the Site; any transaction takes place separately, in the offline contractual relationship with Midilli Properties.

All Site content (text, images, property photos, logos, graphics, software) is the property of Midilli Properties or its partners and is protected by copyright law.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of the content is prohibited without prior written agreement from Midilli Properties. Individual viewing and downloading of content is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Site offers the option to create an account. By creating an account, you agree:

However, errors or omissions may occur; information presented on the Site does not constitute a firm offer in a contractual sense. Final details will be confirmed at the time of viewing or contract signing.

The Site is provided „as is", without express or implied warranties. Midilli Properties is not liable for:

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably; in case of disagreement, jurisdiction lies with the competent Romanian courts at the registered office of Midilli Properties.
