4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for marketing without explicit consent.

5. Data transfers outside the EU

Certain providers (Google, Cloudflare) may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).

6. How long we keep your data

  • Contact form messages — up to 24 months from submission;
  • User account data — for the duration of the account + 6 months after account deletion;
  • Server logs — up to 6 months;
  • Cookies — see specific duration in the Cookies Policy.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — to find out what data we hold about you;
  • Right to rectification — to correct inaccurate data;
  • Right to erasure („right to be forgotten");
  • Right to restriction of processing;

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing);
  • Right not to be subject to automated decision-making;
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).

8. Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data: SSL/TLS encryption, hashed passwords, access control, backups, security updates. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

9. Minors

The site is not intended for persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with data, please contact us for deletion.

We reserve the right to update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last change indicated at the top.
